When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule:

  • Many parcels may arrive within around 3–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard delivery is generally completed within 4–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to Customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier service issues. While some shipments may arrive earlier, others might take longer depending on circumstances outside our control.


How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email. You can use it to track your order at www.17track.net.


What are your shipping rates?
We offer a fixed worldwide shipping rate of $6.99 AUD.


Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country cannot be serviced by our logistics providers, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order as needed. For further information, please contact us at service@primavon.com.


How can I change my shipping address?
You may request an address change on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please email us at service@primavon.com.


Can I deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, delivery to a different address is possible.


How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Depending on stock availability, part of the goods may be shipped directly from domestic facilities, while others may be dispatched from our international production sites.
